Shay Exum and Steven Dorsey established Lubbock Champion Homes, a Texas 10-year Home Warranty Builder, two years ago. Both men are Lubbock natives and graduates of Frenship High School. Together they have 27 years of experience in homebuilding.
Before moving back to Lubbock, Shay spent the past 12 years building homes in Austin and Florida. Steven is currently a framer and has been in the business for 15 years as Dorsey Construction. In the past year, Lubbock Champion Homes has built homes in Fox Ridge, Timber Ridge, Milwaukee Ridge, Preston Park, and Bacon Crest.
The goal at Lubbock Champion Homes is for our homeowners to have more input and the best building experience ever. They work with the homeowner to achieve their dreams and expectations in new home building.
