Week 1
- Complete purchase agreement, turn in $1,000 ernest money.
- Turn in your past 2 yr. W-2’s, 2 months bank statements and 30 days worth of paycheck stubs w/ yr. to date to your sales counselor, who if necessary, can make duplicates for you. (Within 5 days of purchase date)
- Loan process will begin once all the documents are in.
Week 2-4
- Loan authorization conference call w/ Sales Counselor Loan officer
- Pre/ final selections at studio
- Plot plan review
- Meeting at sales office to review home placement and lot characteristics
Weeks 5-8
- Construction start
- Pre-construction orientation with construction superintendent at sales office
- Foundation poured
Weeks 9-12
- List or conditions sent to you from loan counselor for final approval
- Frame Start/ Plumbing, air conditioning and electric rough-in
- Loan conditions update – conference call with Sales Counselor and Loan Counselor
- Gather all conditions requested by Loan Counselor
Week 13-16
- Pre-Drywall orientation with superintendent at your home site
- Finish out sheet rock, paint, counter tops, cabinets, carpet, etc.
- Lock interest rate with loan officer
- Home final inspections:
- LCH quality checks
- City and Financial inspections
- Set your orientation
Week 17
- Buyer orientation
- Demonstration of operations and maintenance of home with construction superintendent
- Schedule time at Service Title Company for closing
- Construction Re-Walk and customer service orientation
- Review the completion of any items found in need of correction from buyer orientation
Last week
- Go to closing- need cashiers check or money order funds to close and government issued picture ID
- Move into your new LCH Home; Congratulations!
